- McKesson - Data analysis and final design to consolidate Acute, Primary and extended care distribution.
- Gaming company - Improve distribution center efficiency and operation to meet peak season demands.
- Retail Distribution - Detailed equipment and WMS specifications design review. Project included Conveyor, AGV, AS/RS, VNA rack, vehicles and DMS interface. Facility size approximately 1 million square feet.
- General Medical - Project Manage the implementation of six new distribution facilities across the US in 18 months, Each facility completed on time and within budget. All new DC's started up on Sunday after three day move from old facility.
